そしてお店としてのQUADRATO Boutiqueは10年目となりました。
最初はアポイント制店舗とWebStoreで、SNSがまだまだ今のように当たり前に使われてなかった時代に顧客さまゼロからのスタートでした。
SNSをとにかく毎日発信し続けること2-3年で、ようやくカタチとなりもっと多くの方に直接商品を手に取っていただきたいという思いから、店舗もアポイント制ではなく通常の営業体制となりました。
なので、え？10年前からあった？っと思う方もいらっしゃいますが、実は10年前からQUADRATO Boutiqueは始まっていました。
元々は買う側として自分が経験してきた思いを活かしつつ、自分が目指すお店としての存在を貫き通してきたからこそ、こうして10年経った今のQUADRATO Boutiqueがあると思います。
最初はシーズンの終わりに当たり前のようにセールをしてました。
でも年々、お客さまからの信頼を感じていくにつれセールをすることへの違和感を強く感じ始めました。
長く使えるといって販売してきたものを発売から2-3か月で値下げなんて、どうなの？ワタシだったらそんな言ってることと、やってることが違うお店で買いたくないっという…。
コレ、皆さまも同じだと思います。なので、今回スゴク悩みました。スゴク、考えました。
お洋服と違ってサイズが難しかったり、モノの良さをしっかりと皆さまに伝えきれてないという私のチカラ不足で何年も動きのない商品もあり、この商品たちをどうするか。
10年目の節目に、そして次の新しいステップの為に一度この商品たちをリセットしてなくすことも大切だと。
実際ワタシも愛用しているアイテムばかりなので後ろ髪引かれます、でも次への新しいステージに向かう為に決断しました。

At first, we only had a shop and a webstore with appointments, and we started with zero customers at a time when social networking was not yet as commonplace as it is today.
After 2-3 years of sending out daily messages on SNS, the business finally took shape and the shop became a normal sales system instead of an appointment system, as we wanted more people to be able to get our products directly in their hands.
So, some people may think, "What, it's been around for 10 years? Some people may think that QUADRATO Boutique has been around for 10 years, but it actually started 10 years ago.
I think QUADRATO Boutique is what it is today, 10 years later, because I have been able to make use of my own experiences as a buyer, while also maintaining the existence of the shop I was aiming for.
At first, we had sales at the end of the season as a matter of course.
But as I gained the trust of my customers year after year, I began to feel more and more uncomfortable about having sales.
How can you reduce the price of a product that has been sold for a long time with the claim that it can be used for a long time, just 2-3 months after its launch?
If it were me, I wouldn't want to buy from a shop where what they say and what they do are so different...
I think it's the same for everyone.
That's why I was so worried this time. I thought about it a lot.
Unlike clothes, sizes are difficult to find, and there are products that haven't moved in years due to my lack of skill in conveying the quality of the product to everyone. What are we going to do with these products?
I thought it was important to reset these products at the 10-year milestone and for the next new step.
In fact, I have been using these products for a long time, so I feel a bit of a backward step.
But I made the decision to move on to the next new stage.
In the webstore, the products will be on sale for three days, 10th-11th-12th.
In the shop, some people want to actually try them on and hold them in their hands, so you can still see them after that.
